At Zaytoon, Mr. Ali is building the nation's first Payment Aggregator to ensure financial services reach every rural unreached citizen. His leadership is built on sustainability and absolute execution.

With 33 years in government service including his role as Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Hossain served as Founding Managing Director of Palli Sanchay Bank and led the country's largest poverty alleviation initiative. His expertise in financial inclusion and rural development now drives Zaytoon's mission to combine technology with human capital solutions.

Mr. Shahidi has over four decades of experience in Chittagong's trading and import sector, and serves his community through the Rotary Club. His business philosophy centers on transparency and clean execution strategies that deliver measurable results for clients.

Mr. Israq comes from a rich family legacy in textile manufacturing, and his passion for technology led him to build a successful web agency. He thrives on combining traditional manufacturing practices with modern digital solutions to create unique value for clients.

Mr. Israr holds dual Master's degrees from Australia and serves as Director of Israq Spinning Mills, one of Bangladesh's leading yarn manufacturers with over 5,000 employees. His international experience at Woolworths and 8+ years in business strategy have shaped his focus on consistency and unlocking market advantages for partners.

Mrs. Tasmiah Tabassum Ali graduated from IBA Dhaka and gained valuable experience interning at PwC Bangladesh and HSBC Bangladesh. Her background in analytics and corporate strategy helps her bring fresh perspectives to operational culture and long-term enterprise growth.

Mr. Sumon's 26-year banking career includes 13 years as Branch Manager at Bank Asia, along with leadership roles at Pubali Bank and Premier Bank. With his MBA and MBM, he now leads Zaytoon's operations to bring this legacy of banking excellence to every village in Bangladesh, ensuring financial services are accessible to all.

Satyajit Sen is a Retail Banking professional with 8+ years of experience in banking and financial operations. He has strong expertise in Head Office operations, POS & QR payments, transaction monitoring, settlement and reconciliation, account management, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination. He plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accuracy, and supporting effective business and payment processes.

Mr. Manirul Islam is a technology leader with 15+ years of experience in software engineering, fintech, digital banking, payments, and enterprise platforms.He specializes in DDD, solution architecture, microservices, cloud-native and event-driven systems, with strong experience in technology strategy, engineering leadership, and team building.As CTO of Zaytoon Business Solutions, he leads technology strategy, architecture, engineering, product development, and digital banking initiatives, focusing on building scalable, secure, and innovative financial technology solutions.
